Am: another race another weekend. Committed to all these races awhile ago without thinking . Did enough to make some cash. Felt a little heavy. Lots of stuff this weekend at the school and such. Quick turn around with the commute out there and back. Lots of snow and Ice on the way back . Long trip home. Rain and windy conditions today for the race. Next weekend off  from racing

PM: 10 miles after school. Needed rest day yesterday, felt dead from the LONG weekend and everyone in the house being sick the last few days. Feel a slight cold coming on, but should be aiight. Felt good to sweat out the gunk from the last two days.

PM: 11 miles with 7 miles at 5:30s pace. 2 warm-up and 2 cool down. Not been up for much more mileage then this, make it an easier/lower miles down week. Need some much needed rest after the 3 weekends in a row of racing/traveling.

Am: 12 miles with Scott and Connor at the Katy trail out and back. Misty and 30s. Really nice morning for a run. Feeling gunk in my chest still. Nice run/sweat though. Still probably keeping it to the once a day runs.
