Pm: 11 with Matt Williams on some trails at a new park. Around 2.5-3 miles perimeter with side loops. Got a bit dizzy towards the end, nice soft surfaces. Got dark out fast, worried a bit with footing and my hand stil in pins.

Pm: 10 miles mod effort in 59:59. Not bad for being way out of shape. 91 degrees out but still felt good to hit the pavement hard. No warmup really with first mile in 6:06. One mile cool down.
