PM: 4 mile warm up, a little track workout Jason, then 4 mile cool down. HOt and windy, with 95ish degree weather. Felt like a never ending cool-down. Didnt really cool down with the heat, good sweat goin though.

PM: 3 with kate, matt, and jax. Then a 4 mile tempo in 22:29. Followed by some core. Keeping the core up decent until PT test. Then hope to keep it up after, maybe not as intensely

PM: 15 miles on the LTC pathway. Died out, it was 90s during the run. Averaged 6:30s for the run. Felt good until I ran out of water stops. Good run mentally though. Builds strength.
