PM: Sunday runday with the family. Went for 5 around OC and then another 5 through the edmond neighborhoods. Katie finished up with 10 and I went to the track for 6x200s and 35-36 pace. Those felt quick enough for my slow legs....Nice pleasant recovery run after yesterdays miles. Ready for the week.

AM: 8 mile run before school. Try to squeeze another one in later today, see how the day goes. Pretty busy with everything winding down at the school with the semester closing up. 

 

PM: 5 more. 2x1 mile 5:10 and 5:08. 1 mile rest imbetween.

PM: 8.5 miles with Jason right after school. Weather Money day! ran from rankin track around edmond to hafer for 2 mins on and 1 min off fartleks. Came home and finished up 1.5 miles to get the even 10 for the day. Nice and easy from here on out. Nice leg turn over tune up. Wanted to get on the track but 3pm on a school day is a little hard to find an open track. Ready for the weekend to roll around! OKC memorial day!
