Am: 8 miles easy this morning before school. Loving starting MWF at 9am especially with the early morning sunshine. Really looking forward to getting in 8-10 those mornings especially with the Oklahoma heat this summer. Getting in another 4-6 this evening. Definitely feeling the lazy May month this morning, also surprisingly pretty sore from yesterdays run, even though it was easy I was still on my feet for 2 hours plus.

PM: 5 miles at T-bake easy, which was 6:32 pace. Pretty much feeling the last few weeks of very little running. Just all i can do is get after it this summer. looking forward to getting fit.

That's a nice schedule for logging miles. I gotta learn to do more of these 2 to 2.5 hour runs... I get a little Trac Norris boredom in me after 2 hours...
