PM: 7 miles with the fam! had to run on thanksgiving day. Having a later dinner and last night of studying. Ready for this test to be over! Just need to pass. Then back to the training grind.

17 long slower miles around edmond. 2 loops around the hood for a water break mid way. Legs hurting a bit from all the concrete running. Feeling a little under the weather. Nice to get out and be outside for awhile though.
