Am: 17 hot sweaty miles . Super dehydrated from the start. Ran with Chris and Stewart. 6:20-30s first 13ish. Then bonked, room the next 4 nice and easy. Probably lost 8-10lbs of water weight. 

Pm: 5.5 evening miles
